BL finished the landing page design for Splittu. It is SO CUTE OMG squeeeee ^_^ There's an easter egg when you view it on desktop hehehe. Okay i'll tell you what it is: the banana's eyes follow your cursor around when you hover over the Get Started button. Reminds me of TunnelBear's login experience, if you've ever seen it.
Tomorrow we make variants of the landing page for each ideal customer profile. For example: group trips, couples, roommates. There will be different copy and positioning for each ICP. Should also get us some SEO juice.
I plan to sign up for PostHog so we can track analytics and watch session replays. (Their website is really sumthin' else, you have to check it out.) Spent a good part of the day going over details of our upcoming land purchase with JW, HGD, & SGD. All very exciting and all very new to me. It ate up hours meant for Aerilon. So those tasks will carry over to tomorrow.
Done today:

Now that I'm semi-retired, I ask myself, "What if I spend 10,000 hours chasing curiosity?"
