01 March 2026
Another 13 weeks has gone by, so it's time to take stock of whether I achieved what I set out to do at the beginning of the quarter. I had 3 main goals:
  1. Complete Months 1-3 of Maker School
  2. Make my first $1 from SaaS ❌
  3. Grow my chest by 1 inch 🤏 (0.1cm)

The only thing I managed to do consistently was exercise. I lifted weights and went running 36.75 out of 65 days = 56.5% of target. This is the most consistent I've been in recent quarters. My chest didn't grow, but at least it did not deflate either. Overall I feel stronger, and I'm proud of how my arms and shoulders look. I have also discovered the right kind of clothing to wear that makes me feel confident.

As for the other two goals - I had a whole list of reasons as to why I failed. But after writing them down, they all sounded like excuses. I shall spare you.

My new outcome goals for the next 3 months, to be achieved by 31 May 2026 are:
  1. Make my first $1000 from AI automations by following the MS programme with zero days off.
  2. Launch the other 2 projects I've been working on and get real users.
  3. Grow chest by 1 inch.

There was something DR said about me, that I'm "very capable... but somehow progress always almost there".
This is the story of my life, really. Always "almost there" but never quite getting there.

There is hope for me yet. I've proved that:
I can be consistent – see exercise results.
I did complete something – I built Splittu over a weekend AND soft-launched it to early test users.

So now all I have to do is keep going.

What I will keep doing:
  • Being a singular focused airhead
  • Asking, believing, receiving
  • Lifting and running
  • Being more offline

Improve on: Sleep consistency. Daily steps.
Start doing: Eat more. Make space in [redacted] for [redacted].
Stop doing: Procrastinating. Being distracted by shiny new ideas every two business days.
