Recovery bounced back to 93% after a slew of yellow weeks. Best score of the month so far. I've been letting myself sleep as much as I like to make up for all the lost sleep in recent weeks.

Got back to Zombies, Run! with a 20-minute light jog (my last run was 11 March 😐). This alone got rid of the lethargy that has been plaguing me for the past week. Felt even better after a shower after and some hot food.
Collected an orchestra of musicians, but how will they escape notice crossing the border?
Today I'll slowly try to get back to regular programming. I want some small wins before my Bangkok/Penang trip. I'll want to continue the exercise/shipping momentum even while travelling, so I've got to ramp up from now.
