I was supposed to listen to a podcast on my morning walk. But I kept thinking about this new idea and couldn't concentrate. So I shut off the pod and just spent the entire walk daydreaming about the project.
Having exercised every day this week, I noticed I'm feeling more motivated to ship! Also more creative, like getting new ideas each time. Mood has improved, too. Thanks to this Chemical Cocktail:
