Finished reading Radicalized! It's four short stories in one book. Someone recommended it on Mastodon and it was quite up my alley - a little bit Black Mirror-ish, futuristic, dystopian... If that's your genre, you should read it! I convinced DR to read it too, hehe.

This is the first book I've finished reading cover to cover in... a long time. (Mind you, I started reading it mid-August 2025). I don't remember the last time I actually finished a book, fiction or non-fiction. This is a momentous moment. It's going on the "Milestones", I don't care.

Dyslexia + ADHD makes reading slow and difficult. But I think I've figured out (at the grand old age of 46) how to manage it now:

There's a Malay saying, "Sedikit-sedikit, lama-lama jadi bukit".
Which translates to "Bit by bit, long time become hill."

idk why it makes me think of ants? 🐜 Maybe that was the illustration it came with back in school.
Ants stack up small pieces of debris, and over time, it turns into a cosy, livable ant hill.
 
Small actions add up. And I finished a book. Something I've been wanting to do for years.

Now to apply this to everything else.
